Philadelphia is home to hundreds of clubs and civic organizations, yet there is no central "on-ramp" for residents to find them.
The Philadelphia Activities Fair brings 40+ organizations into one place so people can meet organizers face-to-face and find clear, low-barrier ways to get involved.
This is not a conference or expo. It’s designed for conversation, curiosity, and joining something that continues after the day ends.
The Activities Fair is presented by Join Philly with City Cast Philly as our Official Host + Media Partner.
In August 2025, Join Philly produced a pilot fair that drew 350+ residents despite extreme heat, demonstrating strong local demand for real-world connection.
As one participating organizer put it:
“100% of people who hadn’t heard of us were enthusiastic to learn more.”
That momentum is what we’re scaling citywide.
We’re seeking $10,000 to cover the real costs of producing the Fair—including venue, equipment, accessibility support, signage, printed materials, and documentation.
Support allows us to host a high-quality, welcoming event without turning it into a commercial expo.
