Suburban Cyclists Unlimited
All-volunteer, non-profit club, devoted to recreational group bike rides in the Greater Philadelphia area, both city and suburbs. We cycle for health & fitness, friendships, fun, and environmental stewardship. In addition to recreational rides, we schedule social activities throughout the year. We also host seminars & educational programs at local bike shops, e.g., flat tire repair clinics.
Who Should Join
This group is perfect for bike riders who enjoy recreational and social (not competitive) cycling in and around Philadelphia, on scenic and peaceful roads. We are hosting a scenic event ride on Saturday, May 9: the Best of Bucks Ride, meeting in Doylestown.
Best Way To Join
Visit our website (https://www.suburbancyclists.org) and/or ride calendar on Meetup (https://www.meetup.com/suburban-cyclists-unlimited-meetup). Join us on one or two rides to "try us out". Individual annual dues are $30, which covers all group rides, social events, Member Appreciation events (e.g., post-ride ice cream gathering). A Family membership is $40/year.
