Rittenhouse Sound
Looking to sing a wide variety of a cappella four-part harmony? Do you want to delight audiences throughout the city and mid-Atlantic region? Our repertoire is 'barbershop and beyond'. Our convivial chorus and quartets rehearse most Tuesdays and perform up to ten times a year.
Who Should Join
We're an auditioned ensemble open to all who sing in the TTBB range. We welcome singers regardless of race, ethnicity, age, religion, or gender.
Best Way To Join
Visit one of our Tuesday evening rehearsals, generally 7:15PM at the Ethical Society. Observe or jump right in! And stay afterwards for informal singing and refreshements. Annual membership for singers 24 and under is $165. Let us know you're coming. https://www.rittenhousesound.org/visit
